The resolution source will be on-chain data (https://solscan.io/account/2RH6rUTPBJ9rUDPpuV9b8z1YL56k1tYU6Uk5ZoaEFFSK). If coins are merely transferred to another wallet this market will not resolve to "Yes" - coins must eventually be sold.
