Will Qatar buy Bitcoin by Jan 31?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Qatar Investment Authority announces it has bought any amount of Bitcoin by January 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be official announcements from the Qatar Investment Authority, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
