This market will resolve to "Yes" if OpenAI or Sam Altman initiate a lawsuit against Elon Musk by December 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source will be statements from Sam Altman, OpenAI, and Elon Musk and a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
