Will DOJ charge Binance by EoY?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the US Department of Justice (DOJ) files any charges against Binance and/or Binance.US by December 31, 2023, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source will be official information from the DOJ, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
