Lucie Castets appointed as French PM by August 31?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Lucie Castets is officially appointed as Prime Minister of France by 11:59 PM ET on August 31, 2024. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The appointment of Castets will be sufficient for a "Yes", resolution regardless of whether Castets subsequently passes a vote of confidence or is able to successfully form a government. The primary resolution will be official information from the French government, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
