On June 4, Biden announced a new executive order restricting unlawful migrants from claiming asylum. You can read more about it here: https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/statements-releases/2024/06/04/fact-sheet-president-biden-announces-new-actions-to-secure-the-border/ This market will resolve to "Yes" if any federal court issues a ruling that overturns or blocks the implementation of President Biden's June 4 executive order by June 30, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The executive order will be considered overturned or blocked if a court issues an injunction, stay, restraining order or any other legal mechanism that blocks any portion of the executive order. Orders which temporarily block the executive order will suffice for a "Yes" resolution. The resolution source will be official information from the U.S. Federal Government, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
