This market will resolve to "Yes" if Adam Schiff is formally charged with treason by a U.S. federal or state authority by June 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." The charge must explicitly be for "treason" under U.S. law (e.g., 18 U.S. Code § 2381). Indictments or charges for other offenses, such as espionage or sedition, will not count. The resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting.
